Kafe Miel - 12 oz - ground

A delicious & nuanced coffee from Haiti’s Nord Dept. Kafe Miel is red honey processed, meaning that coffee fruit is left attached to the seed for part of the fermentation process before coffee is washed to reveal the bean as we know it. Extra contact from the fruit means that sweet and floral flavors are imparted to the coffee bean and these carry through into the cup.  Sweet & balanced, medium body with notes of cocoa, malt, & floral.
